About Stepdy
Stepdy is a step counter for iPhone and Apple Watch, made by Faruk Mert Kapar, an independent developer in Türkiye. It came out on the App Store on September 4, 2026, and has been updated regularly since.
The idea is simple: a step count means more next to someone else's. So Stepdy leaves the counting to Apple Health and puts its effort into what gets you out again: a group board that moves through the day, a race with a deadline, and a streak that forgives a rest day.
Stepdy has no ads and no sign-up. It is free to use; Stepdy Pro, a monthly or yearly subscription, adds unlimited groups and races, the Step Wallet and your full history, and pays for the work.
