By downloading or using Stepdy you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. The service

Stepdy is a step‑counting and social competition app for iPhone. It is a fitness and motivation product. It is not a medical device and gives no medical advice. Step, distance and energy figures are estimates produced by your device's sensors and may be inaccurate. Do not rely on Stepdy for any medical or diagnostic purpose, and talk to a qualified professional before changing your activity level.

2. Your account

Stepdy identifies you through your Apple Account using Apple's CloudKit. You are responsible for what happens under your profile and for keeping your Apple Account secure. You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, whichever is higher.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Falsify step counts by mechanical means, automation, or by carrying or attaching the device to anything other than yourself
• Impersonate another person, brand or organisation
• Harass, threaten, bully or stalk another user
• Collect or publish other users' personal information
• Attempt to breach, overload or reverse‑engineer the service
• Use Stepdy for anything unlawful

4. Content policy

You are solely responsible for the content you create — your display name, username, group names and chat messages. The following is prohibited and will be removed:

• Harassment, hate speech, or attacks based on race, ethnicity, religion, disability, gender, age, nationality, sexual orientation or gender identity
• Sexual content, sexualised depictions of minors, or nudity
• Threats, incitement to violence, or promotion of self‑harm
• Spam, scams, phishing or unsolicited advertising
• Content that infringes someone else's rights

Reporting and blocking. Every message and every profile in Stepdy can be reported from a long press. Reports are reviewed and acted on within 24 hours: offending content is removed and the account that posted it is banned. You can also block any user immediately — blocking hides their messages and removes them from every board you see, and takes effect without waiting for a review.

Stepdy also filters obviously abusive language automatically, but no filter is perfect; please report anything the filter misses.

5. Stepdy Pro subscription

• Stepdy Pro is an auto‑renewing subscription offered monthly or yearly.
• The price and any introductory offer are shown in the app before you confirm, in your local currency.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the period.
• Manage or cancel your subscription in Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions on your device. Deleting the app does not cancel it.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms, not by Stepdy.

6. Termination

You may stop using Stepdy at any time and delete your data from You › Settings › Delete account & data. Access may be suspended or terminated if these terms are breached, in particular section 3 or 4.

7. Disclaimer and liability

Stepdy is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. The service depends on Apple's CloudKit and may be unavailable, delayed or lose data. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Stepdy in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
